2 Potential Questions for Your Small Group–Regarding Roles

1. What do you expect from me as your small group leader? This helps learn the expectations of your group members, and helps you focus on the more specific needs in the group.
2. What can the group expect from you? This helps a group member think about his/her “job description” and responsibility as part of the discipleship community. It’s not a spectator sport.
