The Leadership Community Experience: “Deeper”

Time for all the leaders of Bethel to gather and move together, united, into another ministry year, but not just any year, one in which we run harder than ever at Pursuing a Deeper Relationship with Jesus!
Please join us for the annual leader equipping/inspirational Leadership Community Experience on Friday night September 14 (5:30-9:00) and Saturday morning September 15 (8:00-12:30) in the Fellowship Hall. You will be receiving an invitation to “Deeper” this weekend, but wanted to get you pumped up for it now–and to start receiving your RSVP, of course (debbie.gatherer@bethel-church.org).
Art Azurdia will be our key note speaker. He’s been a pastor for over 20 years, travels as a special speaker, is a published author, and is now a professor at Western Seminary. His passion area is our theme for this year! In addition to his pointing us to Jesus so that we can point our group members to Him, you will be blessed with a dinner on Friday night and be able to experience worship, humorous skits, and be an active participant in the ACTS prayer like never before.
On Saturday morning, after a continental breakfast, we’ll dive in with more worship, humor, and hear what Art thinks is critical to us ushering others into God’s presence. That’ll be followed by practical workshops for excellence in group-leading, ending with a bang with our own Pastor Dave Bechtel to give it wings here at the church.
Bring your Bible and your appetite–not just for food, but for spiritual food that will kick-start into launching your ministry year as a Dive Master for diving deeper with Jesus!
