Stuff to do with your Group in Summer
By Paul | August 8, 2007
Keep the connection to your group, or look for ways to add a member to your group by:
- Attending Bethel Big Nite Out Strikes Back on Aug 15
- Do a progressive dinner (each course of a meal in a different home)
- Do something active together (hike, nature walk, bike-ride, swim, picnic)
- Host a movie and discussion night (watch a DVD and discuss the biblical ethics of the movie afterewards)
- Take a field trip (visit a tourist attraction or watch a baseball game)
- Plan an alternative group meeting (Invite a speaker to talk about financial planning, organizing your life, etc.)
- Agree to a group covenant for the year ahead (praying for each other, regular Bible-reading, keeping in touch outside of meetings, being prepared for the study, keeping confidences, etc.)
