Here are Some Ideas For Ending Your Care Group Season on a High Note
- Building relationships
- Camping
- Special outings
- Communicate (i.e. vacation schedule; needs)
- Accountability
- Feedback from the group (done during your last meeting, or email a simple form)
- Share a summary of the year (success/challenges that God directed)
- Communion
- Honor those who played key roles (assistants, others)
- Give gifts/keepsake to each member
- BBQ/goofy awards for each (most punctual, most ?)
- Plan summer events, potlucks, service projects, etc.
- Plan to stay connected in the fall
- Discuss annual renewal
- Set individual spiritual goals for summer. Ask, “What’s your plan to grow this summer?”
