- How well am I preparing for my small group (in prayer for members, personal study, etc.)?
- How well am I showing honor and ministering out of spiritual health to my spouse/family and friends?
- Am I serving well and creatively out of rest and balance?
- Do I have someone in my life who holds up a mirror to me to keep me accountable?
SOW the vision
- How well am I leading my group to INVITE the unchurched and unconnected?
- How well am I leading the group toward making disciples through prioritizing Community, Action, and Transformation?
- How well am I raising up and investing in another leader?
GROW your people
- Am I creating an atmosphere for authentic community and accountability to develop?
- Am I diligent in leading the group to the Bible as the authority for living?
- How well am I sharing my leadership by assessing each member’s giftedness and empowering them to use it?
- Do I expect the Holy Spirit to do mighty things through my group?
